How It Works
An order starts on WhatsApp. This website does not process payment. Payment is made with JazzCash or Easypaisa and arranged on WhatsApp. The website does not create the PDF. The remaining balance is the rest of the same total fee. For a paid PDF, the typical delivery time starts only after both the complete customer details and the advance have been received. Personalized Zaicha is typically ready in 1.5–2 hours, and a complete birth chart is typically ready in 5–6 hours. These are typical times, not a guaranteed deadline. The remaining balance is payable before the final PDF is sent on WhatsApp. If you ask, the operator may share 1–2 preview pages for reassurance. That preview is optional and is not a guaranteed entitlement. The full PDF is delivered after the balance is paid.

Can I ask about marriage or rishta?
Yes — marriage, rishta, compatibility, and family concerns are common questions.
Can you confirm if someone has jadu?
We do not make fear-based or 100% guaranteed claims. We provide responsible guidance through Ramal, Istikhara, Abjad/Jafar, and Quranic ruqyah suggestions where suitable.
Do I need birth time for every service?
Birth time is mainly required for detailed Zaicha. For Ramal, Jafar/Abjad, and Istikhara, name, mother's name, clear question, and short situation are usually enough.

Refunds
The advance is part of the total fee. It is not an extra charge.
If you cancel before preparation of your personalized report has begun, the advance is refundable.
If preparation has already begun, the advance is generally not refunded for a simple change of mind, because time and individualized work have already been spent.
If RohaniGuide cannot deliver the agreed report, you will receive an appropriate refund.
If a report is materially incomplete, incorrect, or does not match what was agreed, RohaniGuide will provide a fair correction, a refund, or another appropriate remedy.
